"Brainy Tuna Sandwich"

finely dice and mix in 3 tbsp purple onion
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp fresh dried dill or tarragon
Moisten with low fat mayo or "soyanaisse"
Serve on your favorite whole wheat bread
